Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Align ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. The App is operated by Abdullah Karacabey ("we", "us"), an independent developer based in Türkiye.

Description of Service

Align is a word puzzle game available on iOS and Android. You slide wrap-around rows and columns of a grid to line up a hidden word in the fewest moves, progressing through levels across 9 languages, with a daily puzzle and score tracking. The word language can be chosen independently from the interface language. Some features require in-app purchases.

Account & Registration

• •You may begin using the App anonymously without creating an account. Anonymous accounts have limited features and their progress may be lost if the app is reinstalled.
• •You can optionally link your account with Google, Apple, Google Play Games, or Apple Game Center to save your progress permanently.
• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
• •You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

• •Align uses a virtual in-game item called hearts, used to attempt puzzles, reset a puzzle, or reveal a hint. Hearts can be earned in the game, regenerated over time, or purchased with real money through the App Store or Google Play. A one-time remove-ads purchase is also available.
• •All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policies.
• •Hearts are non-transferable and have no cash value. They may not be sold, traded, or transferred to another user.
• •Hearts do not expire as long as your account remains active. They may be forfeited if your account is terminated due to violation of these Terms.

User Conduct

• •You may not use automation, bots, scripts, or any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in the game.
• •You may not exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the App. Please report any you find to abdullahkaracabey@gmail.com.
• •You may not access the backend, other users' data, or any part of the service without authorization.
• •You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, game mechanics, and software, is the property of the developer and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for any loss of data or in-game progress due to technical issues.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Türkiye.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
