You can request the deletion of your Align account and all associated data at any time. We process every request within 30 days.
How to Delete Your Account

Delete in the app or email us
The quickest way is Settings, then Delete Account inside the app. You can also email us from the address linked to your account, including your display name if possible.

We'll verify your identity
To protect your account, we may ask for a brief confirmation that you are the account owner.

Your account is deleted within 30 days
Once verified, all personal data is permanently removed. We'll email you a confirmation when deletion is complete.
Data that will be deleted
- ✕Account information (display name, email address, and profile photo)
- ✕Game progress, completed levels, and scores
- ✕Hearts balance and remove-ads entitlement
- ✕Purchase and transaction history
- ✕In-app settings and preferences
Data temporarily retained
- ◌Anonymized aggregate gameplay statistics
Retained data contains no personal identifiers and is automatically deleted within 30 days.
